GBA TRADE FAIR OCT 24, 2009
Most of the stands are now taken

The preparations for the GBA Trade exhibition to be held on 24th October at the German School are well advanced. Most of the stands have been taken up, the Bavarian band has confirmed to perform. Swiss will carry the Bavarian band, Lufthansa Cargo the music instruments, Nairobi Intercontinental will meet the accomodation expenses of the band, Phoenix Safaris and Private Safaris have agreed to provide the local logistics.
A large tent accommodating about 400 guests will be set up at the German School for the "Oktoberfest". During the exhibition day on 24th October food (including German specialities) and drinks will be available on cash basis.
We are trying to get H.E. the Prime Minister to officially open the Trade Fair at noon on 24th October. The Ambassadors of the 3 German-speaking countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) will also be in attendance.
The evening event starting from 19.00 o'clock offers exhibtiors an opportunity to entertain their V.I.P. customers in an "Oktoberfest" atmosphere. Therefore entry to the evening event will be restricted to ticketholders only, available under oktoberfest@germanschool.co.ke Mrs. Susan Semjank. The ticket price will include food (German specialities), wine and beers will be available on cash basis.
WE STILL HAVE 2 REGULAR SIZED EXHIBTION STANDS AT KSHS 50.000 EACH AND 2 SMALLER EXHIBTION STANDS AT KSHS 33.000 EACH AVAILABLE AND ARE APPEALING TO YOU TO BOOK THESE FEW REMAINING STANDS TO EXHIBIT YOU RPRODUCTS. I HAVE ATATCHED A FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE ARRANGEMENTS AT THE GYM HALL OF THE GERMAN SCHOOL.
